Our History


Maxwell Company was founded in 1959 as a professional sales representative company for manufacturers of builders hardware. Since its inception Maxwell Company has been focused on providing superior products and services to the building industry.

The company has changed hands many times and has grown, we now represent 9 product lines, have a 20,000 square foot warehouse and employ a staff of 8. We pride ourselves in the relationships that we have built with our employees, the factories we represent and our customers. We proudly serve the Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana and Western Arkansas markets and have over 400 active accounts.


Our Mission


Maxwell Company strives to provide a unique purchasing experience for our customers by building personal relationships and exceeding customer service expectations. Unlike other manufacturers representatives, we are able to provide warehousing services at our Dallas location. This allows us to maintain stock of popular products for our customers and deliver to them as quickly as possible. We also have 2 customer service specialists ready to learn your product line and assist customers with making buying decisions.
